Campus East and Wesleyan Pines Homes were built using a variety of materials, such as Wood, Brick, Vinyl and Cedar Siding. Over time some homeowners have chosen to change the original Builders Materials such as covering a Wood and or Cedar Sided Home with Vinyl Siding; remember when choosing to do so please submit an ACC Modification Form prior to changing yours.

The Colors shown above are the basic colors used by the majority of Vinyl Siding Companies; as with all Colors viewed on a computer screen, each computer may show a difference in color and names may also be different for the same color from company to company.

CAN I PAINT MY VINYL SIDING ?

Yes you can paint your Vinyl Siding, but there are a few key things to remember before doing so:

  1. Use a Good Quality Vinyl Paint.
  2. Flat or Satin Finish
  3. Powerwash to remove Chalky Oxidation
  4. Do not Paint Darker then Original Color
  5. As with any Exterior Changes always submit an ACC Modification Form before prior to change.
