Community Association
The Campus East Community Association was formed in December of 1979 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Association was Incorporated in October of 1982.
The Homeowners Association has 905 Units of both Single Family Homes in Wesleyan Pines and Townhomes within Campus East.
Campus East and Wesleyan Pines are located in the Northwest part of Virginia Beach right across from Virginia Wesleyan College

How can we fix the trash problem in Campus East?
1) We all must follow the city guidelines for trash pickup. A very high portion of the trash that is not being picked up because it is against the rules of city trash pickup. Examples of trash that will not be picked up from the side of the road (including bulk pickup): Cardboard boxes, any furniture with glass, leaves or yard waste that is not in clear bags, or anything that is leaning against a light pole. A representative from the third precinct has been giving information at each Board of Directors meeting. The police are encouraging everyone to be diligent in locking their vehicles. Upwards of 90% of the thefts in our area have been related to people leaving their vehicles unlocked, some while running.
